Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of thecozycorner.in and any purchase made on it. The Cozy Corner is a sole proprietorship owned by Muhammed Ajmal M, based in Kochi, Kerala, India. By buying a product on this site, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We currently sell two digital products:
- Indian Dropshipping Mastery (₹199) — a downloadable guide
- AI Video Ads Course (₹199) — downloadable course files
All products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by an RBI-authorised payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking details — those are handled entirely on the payment gateway's own secure checkout.
License & usage
When you buy a product, you get a personal-use license to the files delivered to you. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the module or course as your own, in whole or in part.
No guarantee of results
Our products are educational guides and courses — not a promise of income or business results. Your results depend on the effort you put in, the products you choose, and market conditions outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
Intellectual property
All content — including guides, course materials, spreadsheets, site copy, and design — is owned by The Cozy Corner and protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that content to you, only a personal-use license.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Cozy Corner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including business decisions made based on their content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
